I think I grow fat liao...

I had skipped my dinner...
but still end up growing fat.

I got a plan F...
from tomorrow onwards...
change my lunch time till 4pm...
and try to stop eating after 5pm onwards.
And my plan G...
skip all the meals...
and starve like Ryan.
